By accessing florenceactive.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to create an account, join paid programs, or purchase from the site.

We sell organic cotton activewear and related products subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Prices are listed in US dollars and charged at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Production and fulfillment timelines may vary for preorder or made-to-order items. See our Customer Care page for current shipping details.

Florence Active Texts is the text messaging program from Florence Active. It includes order and shipping updates (when you opt in at checkout), waitlist updates, Wellness Society membership messages (when you join and opt in), affiliate program texts (when you opt in), customer care replies, and occasional launch and product news from Florence Active.

Message frequency varies. Messages are recurring: up to 6 messages per month for marketing, plus transactional and customer care replies as needed. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use mobile numbers and text-message consent.

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Start a return through our returns page or email support@florenceactive.com.

Wellness Society membership, guides, chat, and hub content are for general education, lifestyle inspiration, and community support only. They are not medical, nutritional, mental health, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified provider.

Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or discuss in the Wellness Society. Consult your physician or other qualified professional before changing diet, supplements, exercise, skincare, or health routines.

Wellness Society is a recurring subscription. Before you enter payment information, Stripe Checkout shows the price, billing interval, and what you are buying. Your payment method is charged automatically each month until you cancel through membership billing or Stripe’s customer portal where available. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; access codes and member benefits may end if your subscription lapses or is canceled.

If you opt in at signup, we may send automated text messages about your membership (for example access codes and member updates) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to join Wellness Society.

If you participate in the Florence affiliate program, you may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through your referral link, as described on the affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for disclosing your material connection to Florence Active clearly and conspicuously when you share links, in compliance with FTC endorsement guidelines.

Commission rates, eligibility, and payout timing may change. We may withhold or reverse commissions for canceled orders, refunds, or suspected abuse.

All content on this site, including photography, copy, logos, and designs, is owned by Florence Active and may not be copied or used without written permission.

The site and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florence Active disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Florence Active is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order or membership period giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
