Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Start a return through our returns page or email support@florenceactive.com.

Florence Active is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order to the extent permitted by law.
