Shipping & Returns
Shipping. We're taking preorders. Your order is placed now and enters our production queue, so please allow up to 60 days for delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll get a shipping confirmation by email and text (if you provided a phone) when your order goes out, with a delivery map and live carrier tracking when available.
Returns. Not in love? Send back unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Start a return online or email support@florenceactive.com and we'll get a return started.
Organic Cotton Care
A little care goes a long way. Treat your set gently and it'll stay soft, hold its shape, and fit like the day you got it.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
- Reach for a mild detergent, and skip the bleach and fabric softener.
- Hang or lay flat to dry. If you need the dryer, tumble low, since heat is hard on the elastane.
- Cool iron only if needed.
