Privacy Policy

When you create an account, place an order, join our waitlist, rewards or affiliate program, Wellness Society, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (when you provide it), shipping address, order history, and payment details processed securely through Stripe.

When you browse florenceactive.com, we may collect standard technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages visited. If Google Analytics is enabled, we use it in anonymized form to understand traffic and improve the site.

We use your information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, send transactional emails and text messages (order and shipping updates when you provide a phone at checkout), operate rewards and affiliate programs, send optional marketing texts when you opt in, and improve our products and website.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share data only with trusted partners who help us run the store, for example payment processing (Stripe), email and text delivery (Resend and Twilio), shipping carriers, and website hosting (Vercel). These providers may only use your data to perform services on our behalf.

When you opt in to text messages — on our waitlist, at shop checkout (order and shipping updates), when you join Wellness Society or the affiliate program, or by texting us first — we collect the mobile number you provide and a record of your consent, including when you agreed and the disclosure text you were shown.

We use that mobile number only to send the categories of texts tied to each opt-in: for example shipping updates if you checked the box at checkout, membership texts if you joined Wellness Society, affiliate payout and program texts if you opted in as an affiliate, and waitlist or launch news if you joined the waitlist or texted us first.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or email support@florenceactive.com. Opting out of texts does not affect email you have separately agreed to receive.

We use a small set of first-party, httpOnly cookies on florenceactive.com: account sign-in (about 7 days), shopping cart (about 7 days), optional affiliate referral attribution after you use a partner link (about 7 days), and Wellness Society member access after you enter your code (about 7 days). We do not sell cookie data.

Google Analytics loads only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you Decline, we do not load analytics scripts. Your Accept or Decline choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so we remember your preference. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser or sign out of your account to remove our first-party cookies from that device.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold about you, and to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We do not treat cookie-based analytics as a “sale” when you have declined analytics in our cookie banner.

To exercise these rights, email support@florenceactive.com with the subject line “California privacy request.” We will verify your request before responding. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted by law.

Florenceactive.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@florenceactive.com and we will delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@florenceactive.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any Florence Active text.

We may update this policy from time to time. Effective date: October 6, 2026. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
